Actress Tanna Frederick co-hosted the Fourth Annual Project SOS: Surft 24 celebrity surfathon wearing the below “green” dress. The dress, from designer Papier Couture by Lia Griffith (check out the website, her designs are ca-razy amazing!) is made entirely of post consumer and recycled paper.
